thunderx goes off!

Well the thunderx series is well and truely underway and our very own Jamie Barkla from Team High Roller energy Can-Am is leading with 211 points over John Sherlock on 210 ! Its going to go down the wire thats for sure. Other club members doing well include Darren Ilka who continues to push on in 3rd place, well done mate... YAMAHA QLD STATE QUAD MX TITLES RUN AND WON!

We travelled west to the top spot of roma approx 5hours west of brisbane for the 07 state Yamaha MX Titles. The club put on an awesome event with the best quad track we have ever riden on! Paul Worth from NSW won just about everything but he didnt get it all his way, and things might of been different if QQRA member Andrew "China" Ledingham had not have had a DNF on the first day. China gave Paul a fair amount of stick and also in the fight was our own club President John Sherlock who had awesome speed over the weekend. (not the drug). For full details, the newsletter will be posted later this week with a full wrap up including points and positions!
